Hotel La Pace - Naples

Esta bien ubicado y me gusto la atencion del personal.

La estructura y mantenimiento del hotel puede mejorarse, pese a que es un hotel antiguo no esta muy cuidado. El desayuno muy básico y sin fruta.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. The staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring we had clean towels and a clean, well-maintained room with a bathroom. The hotel's location near the central station of Napoli was incredibly convenient for exploring the city and taking public transportation. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, catering to every taste.

Great place to stay, all the hotel staff are extremely friendly and have a great amount of area knowledge and are always willing to help and go over the top and out of their way. Good size rooms, very good value for money and right in the middle of town, very easy walk to station restaurants and attractions. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Close to the central train station and city center. The hotel staff was friendly and provided informative assistance. Rooms were air-conditioned, cleaned daily, and equipped with quality towels and toiletries.

The language barrier can be a challenge since the staff doesn't speak English well, making communication difficult at times.

The bedroom smelled smoke, the tv didn't function, the air conditioning was dropping and we couldn't sleep because the noise of it. The neighboorhood was frigthening, the staff weren't welldressed. They didn't have Parking, so, we have to pay fifteen extra euros for parking our car. Stay at this hotel was a nightmare for us, we were really counting the minutes for the morning comes for leaving the hotel.

Breakfast staff, not clean and tidy at all.

Flush didn't work - we had to wait 30 minutes per use, staff didn't speak English, neighbourhood was dangerous and scary, they tried fixing the flush and used our towels and left them dirty on the floor, air con didn't work and wifi was not available in the room.
